There is a non-refundable entry fee of Rs. 1500/- per entry/sample + GST @18% (i.e. Rs. 1770/- per sample). However, if you are submitting 3 or more entries under the same category, entry fee for first sample will be waived off and you have to pay for the balance entries. A company can enter as many jobs in as many different categories as it wishes, but care must be taken to ensure that all information provided is complete and each entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form. Form ‘C’ may be used as covering letter and must be sent duly filled, separately at Print Excellence Award Secretariat on or before the due date.

- The official entry form (Form A/B) should be completed for each job entered (please take photocopies of blank entry forms). The form has two sections: A and B. The ‘A’ section will be used to catalogue all entries and to identify the person/company for receiving of the awards. This section will not be shown to the jury. The ‘B’ section is for technical details for review by the jury and must be affixed at the back or convenient place of each entry/job. Details submitted on the entry form would be used as copy matter for preparation of the awards/certificates and for the award catalogue / black book. The committee accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the details submitted. The section ‘A’ of the entry form must be sent along with the entries in the same packet/box but in a different envelope. The entries securely packed sealed in a box/packet may be sent at Print Excellence Award Secretariat.
- The judges will be appointed by the awards committee and their decision will be final and binding. Each entry will be evaluated for its aesthetic value and print quality. The submitted sample will be assumed to be the representative of the total print run.
- The organizers/jury reserve the right to reject or move the entries to their proper category when necessary. Entry fees once submitted is non-refundable even if the entry is rejected. The judges may also reclassify any entry where it is not to the disadvantage of the entrant.
- The objective of judging should be to award not more than one First (Gold), one Second (Silver) and one Certificate of Merit in a single category. However, there may be occasions where, because of variations in the dimension (whether creative, budget, or degree of difficulty) of the entries within the category, more than one award can be appropriate. There may also be occasions where entries are considered to the below achievable standards, and awards (either First, Second or Third) will not be given. Reserve prizes may be awarded to the entry does not technically meet the category specifications, or has a minor technical flaw in the sample submitted, but in all other respects is worthy of the award.
